Location, landscape, restaurants and variety of food, activities, hotel overall is very clean, high speed Internet, reception staff Mr. Mustafa is very polite.

Outdoor pool water is very cold, staff on the beach and pool sometimes very talkative which is not nice, there is a variety of food but not tasty, parking inside the hotel is with extra fees.

We were a bit worried about going to this hotel as I had read that not many brits stay there.But all was good.We stayed for 4 nights at the beginning of our holiday,then a nile cruise for a week,then returned back for the final 3 nights.Quick and easy checkin after arriving late in the evening.There was food available in one of the restaurants which was nice.The hotel is nice,yes some areas need a refurb.We had 2 great rooms during our stay.The first on the ground floor and the 2nd one on a 2nd floor both overlooking one of the pools.Both lovely equipped rooms with a massive bathroom,large bedroom with sofa and coffee table.Large balcony too.Plenty of wardrobe space and also cupboards and draws.Also ironing board and iron.Toilettries which were replenish when needed,lovely big thick towels.The fridge is stocked with water,pop and juice and also chocolate bars which is complimentary when you check in.Once gone you have to pay for it to be restocked if needed.We checked in twice so got 2 lots of complimentarys.The room was cleaned every day to a high standard.Fresh towels etc....The aircon is great and believe me you need it.The hotel is very clean and the gardens are really well kept as are all the pool areas.All the staff work really hard.The kids pools are great,a few water slides and a play area.Entertainment is good in an evening,aqua aerobics sometimes in a morning and things going on at the beach too.The beach is lovely, plenty of sunbeds and the water isn't too deep and is quite warm.There are speciality restaurants which you can visit as many times as you want,no need to book,just turn up from 7pm onwards.We visited,Marina which is obviously down on the marina which is Asian.Lebanon which is Lebonese,Waves for BBQ food they are in the gardens near the beach and the Italian which is attached to the hotel just off the reception.All were excellent.We didn't bother with Lagoon the seafood restaurant.The staff at the pool bar are great keeping you in drinks all day and night and are very polite and chatty,always asking if your okay and if you need anything.They always brought us iced drinks in a morning and cappuccinos.The pool guy is very helpful too,cold face cloths were a blessing in a morning too when they brought them round,a lovely touch.The buffet can be a bit manic at meal times that's why we went to the other restaurants in an evening,just had breakfast and lunch there.The hotel wasn't too busy as the school holidays only started a few days before we left.Plenty of sunbeds around the pools and not too crowded.The reception is a nice area to sit in with a lovely bar.There are a few shops in the hotel which we didn't bother with as we didn't need to buy anything.You can turn right after crossing over the crossing coming out of the hotel and there's plenty of shops to look around,lovely statues, seating areas a few bars and restaurants along with other hotels on either side of the road.The hotel has separate villa rooms across the road from the hotel,so if you book those you have to come across for meals the pools and the beach.We loved our stay and yes there weren't many brits there,but we still had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend it.Well done to all the staff,they do work so hard and are always helpful and polite.

We have been visiting this hotel for many years. It’s like going home to family. The staff are amazing. Nothing is to much trouble. The rooms are lovely. Clean, fresh all with lovely outlooks. This year the food was a revelation. The restaurants all see to have up their game. The evening presentations are unbelievable. Impossible to know where to start. Dining staff are sharp, smiling and helpful. Management are smiling and totally approachable. Thank you for a fabulous stay. Hopefully we’ll be back next year ( health allowing). Have a great year.

Been home a week from an 8 night stay, where we flew out to surprise friends who were also staying here after a celebratory 60th birthday Nile cruise trip. Initially I was disappointed to be told we were staying in the villa rooms situated over the road from the main hotel, however, after seeing the immaculately kept, beautiful gardens n quiet adults only pool we were both delighted. We stayed in villa 21 room 7214 From the minute we arrived we were, as always in Egypt, made to feel welcome by every single member of staff we spoke to Our favourite Khaled aka Foxy the quiet pool lifeguard an absolute diamond young man, couldn’t do enough for us n we were both so to leave him Magdi who owns the handbag, clothes n trainers shop in the reception area was a delight to speak to n shop with Amr in the lobby bar who made the best mojito cocktail Taha our room boy Mohamed I think his name was, the gentle giant from concierge desk, was soo lovely n always chatted to us These are just a few standout staff but from the gardeners diligently tending the grounds to the security guards making sure we crossed the road safely, simply everyone was lovely Now ordinarily, we’d stay outside Hurghada city but as I said earlier we were surprising friends staying here Hotel itself is very clean n tidy though def in need of an overhaul Food was plentiful though I’d say more aimed at Europeans and not many brits stay here À la carte restaurants you can visit as many times as you want n no need to book but the downside of this, particularly in the Italian is they rush you thru like a conveyor belt Hotel is literally 10 minutes from the airport n ideally situated for shopping n the marina

The staff was friendly and professional the room was clean and nice, I liked also the variety of food at the restaurants.

Special thanks to Mr. Mostafa Habib from the reception team for his kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. He was always helpful and made my stay much more comfortable. I had a really nice experience at Swiss Inn. The hotel is clean, cozy, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff team was friendly, respectful, and always ready to help. As a solo traveler, I felt very welcomed and comfortable during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.
