Coco-n-huts in Andaman was a profoundly disappointing experience. Check-in was a chaotic start, with staff claiming our pre-paid reservation was missing. This set the stage for a stay marked by incompetence and indifference. The reception staff were consistently unhelpful, offering minimal communication and a cold, unwelcoming demeanor. Our initial room was plagued by a nauseating sewage smell, and while we were moved, the replacement was barely cleaner. The hotel itself is drab and poorly maintained, lacking any charm. Dining at the hotel was equally underwhelming. While the food was passable, the service was abysmal. Staff were unresponsive, and much of the menu was unavailable. The most egregious issue, however, was their complete unwillingness to assist with ferry bookings. The Wi-Fi was unusable, and cellular service was unreliable. Despite this, staff refused to help, even declining to share their mobile network. Instead, they directed us to a booking office a 15-minute walk away. This resulted in hours wasted standing in long queues, multiple frustrating trips back and forth to the hotel, and a significant disruption to our planned itinerary. Their refusal to provide even basic assistance was shocking and demonstrated a complete disregard for guest convenience. Ironically, they were perfectly willing to provide mobile Wi-Fi at checkout, ensuring we could conveniently pay our bill, but not to assist with a vital travel need. Coco-n-huts exhibited a severe lack of hospitality. The incompetent staff, poorly maintained rooms, and, most notably, their selective and self-serving offer of Wi-Fi access made our stay a nightmare. Avoid this hotel if you value your time and sanity.

Location.

Mattress of the bed was too soft. Water leakage from Wash basin in the bathroom. Water was not coming properly from the shower head. Restaurant service was not up to mark. The hotel provided free wifi connection, but most of the times it was not functioning.

Good location, lovely helpful staff

The beach could do with a regular clean up. Some of the cleaning water supplied in the rooms was very bad.

The property and its private beach is dope. Food was dope too loved it

Well maintained and spacious rooms. Lot of greenery, good restaurant. Ideal if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. Had an awesome private beach

The location of the hotel is good with a small private beach for relaxing only during the day time. The rooms are clean but less spacious.

The complementary breakfast was served a la carte and there was no option. Also with no staff around to assist for any second helping. The staff in the restaurant were unprofessional and rude, displaying a short temper when taking orders. When me with my family went to the restaurant at just 5 minutes past 9 for dinner, the restaurant staff behaved very harshly. They told us that though they have prepared our ordered dinner, they cannot let us have it inside the restaurant as they close the restaurant at 9pm. In fact, they just put our dinner outside our rooms.
