Rooms were not clean

proximity to the beach & being a venue for events has saved this property from being bankrupt. breakast was limited but had the essentials. do not expect anything lavish.

-ANTS crawling over the sink, and all over the toilet since the "resort" was too cheap to cover the renovated bathroom with cement to NOT let insects in -EVERYTHING was stained or being used well past it's expiry time. bedsheets, towels, blankets - even if its expensive to replace a multitude of towels, and bedding why not invest in GOOD detergent and bleach?? at least they'll be clean & shiny. towels had holes in them & unidentified stains. -NO charging ports anywhere in the room and ONE singular socket for the kettle, which was also loose. -the housekeeping does NOT care about cleanliness. their cleaning mop was dirtier than the floor, they did not even refill or give an additional toilet roll (which should be a default action on the 2nd day). the bathroom overall looked dirty and unkempt -even the tv subscription was not renewed. -overcharging for the only available room type at the property during the time of booking, all because of the event taking place on your resort's grounds, so as a patron, you're actually bound the to the cheapest & dirtiest option.

The room service is fast.

The Wifi is slow and intermittent. The water faucet is wobbly. Some roofs were missing tiles. Even with all the lights on, the room is not well lit. There is only 1 type of towels for everything. Upon checking in there were no towels in my room. The mini fridge is noisy (and empty). The room becomes warm shortly after turning off the AC. I could hear the neighbors, and their TV, perfectly well. The WC is dirty. The only chair was meant for a garden.

Ground staff behaviour. Near to Beach location. Food Quality and Taste.

Create more parking space. Fix your room with dampness’s. Fix your bathroom taps. Room Cleanliness. Make the check in and check out speedy. Reduce the cost of the room because your service and amnesties needs upgrade.
