Camas bem confortáveis .

Por ser all inclusive, não tem café da tarde, água fora do restaurante é cobrada a parte 😅, nunca vi isso, a ilha estava fechada, fomos lá pra só pra conhecer e no booking, não tem nada , nem fomos informados no checkin.

Quarto sem ar quente, pois estava muito frio, reclamei e me informaram que não tinham mais aquecedores disponíveis, então tive que discutir.

Sem roupão para os hóspedes e comida horrível

I was offered and promised a late checkout with the family if I would attend to a session about “Mais Taua”. It was agreed in the day before and confirmed by the hotel. I informed my children and all got very excited. At the last day, I then decided to call reception and cross check, in order to confirm the late checkout agreement and avoid inconvenience. To my surprise it was not confirmed and we were informed that we would need to leave the room. They had another booking in the system and started to blame the system and one assistant another. I never asked for the late checkout, the hotel offered and confirmed. Huge frustration with the boys and lack of respect. Clear customer value is not in place. A new booking ($) will be prioritized.

The room was clean and the staff very kind everywhere at the hotel.

The indoor acqua park was not open in the Dec week days, but only during the weekend.
