IN APPLE ESTATE KANATAL - Himalayan View Resort with Courteous Staff

The hotel staff had only 2 people but were very good in nature and the location

Everything including the hotel, the price, food and the amenities were poor. At this price you get nothing. Except for the hotel staff and its location nothing was good here.

The rooms are nice and big, the bed was comfy. The view was great. The staff were very helpful and helped us out with multiple issues.

There was no heater or slippers, we felt the lack of them because it got really cold. It was clean, but could have been cleaner. But this place is definitely worth checking out.

stuffs are good and helpful,food is good.

Bathroom not good,no shower,water clogging problem ,Bed room is very simple.very high price almost 3 time higher then Mussoorie hotel . We stayed 4 hotels during our vacation in Uttarakhand this is the lowest ranked hotel I've stayed..

The location.

When it started raining, the water entered the rooms, the ceiling started leaking and a part of the artificial ceiling fell on my head!!! Also the menu card is very long but at the end we had to eat what they wanted to serve us. We wanted dinner at 8.00 pm it was serverd post 9.15 pm.
