IN APPLE ESTATE KANATAL - Himalayan View Resort with Courteous Staff

The staff was polite and supportive

Poor location. The approach road to the property was underprepared and our vehicle could not reach. We had to climb a fair distance on a dangerous hill road. Filthy rooms, stinking bathrooms. The hotel has only the rooms. Nothing else. Not even any reception. No facilities.

The location of the property is simply superb. The view of the mountains is simply marvelous. The hotel staff if very polite and generous too.

The food quality can be improved for sure.

Location. Staff headed by Mr. Mayank was very helpful. Food was tasty.

1. It's too expensive for the facilities(lack of)- just basic rooms. 2. We had to ask for anything (like toiletries) multiple times. But finally, it was provided. It looked like they were understaffed. 3. There is no separation between wet and dry areas in the bathroom. Water was also stagnating in the bath area and needed to be manually pushed into the drain. The whole bathroom was always wet and extremely cold. 4. In cold winter, heater should be part of the package. We were charged additional ~500 per day.

Pathetic rooms, fraud owners

Booking.com should visit the place.

Place was good and beautiful and staff was also so kind and polite.

The Himalayas view from the resort is very beautiful.Neat and clean rooms.Food is very very tasty.I have enjoyed bonfire in night, Service and staff is very polite and good.I will definitely come again with my family and friends
