Location of the property

Would not recommend this property. We ended up paying more than 25% above the property's actual tariff through Booking.com, only to be met with unprofessional, rude, and unaccommodating staff. Basic amenities were either non-functional or poorly explained, and there was a complete lack of transparency regarding charges and meal plans. The service standards did not justify the premium pricing in any way. Overall, the property was not value for money and fell far below expectations. The only redeeming feature was the beautiful view. Unfortunately, that alone cannot make up for the disappointing experience.

The location is amazing

The hotel is not very conducive to accommodate guests for their food choices.

Location is good n view is also amazing from upper floor, food for dinner was good n had food options. Room was good n neat n clean. Heater on net n room was required n was provided

Food options but evening tea on order was not provided due food prepration.

Service and room view

Rooms were great. Electric blankets, space heater, nice balconey with a good view of the bhewma falls. The water heater was not great, barely got half a bucket of hot water before it would stop working.

Food was very average and not worth the price. It's a captive audience and they take advantage of it. Dinner at Rs 600 was delicious. Breakfast at Rs 400 was not worth it in the least. That's too much money for puri subji and some corn flakes. And i think the oil gave me an upset stomach. Eat on the way somewhere.
