The location, the pools, the apartment, the restaurants and especially the kind and helpful people at reception, in the restaurants and in other services.

The pool areas were very good

The accommodation was very ‘tired’ and in need of full refurbishment. The on site supermarket was the most rediculous priced of its type that I have ever encountered. All goods appeared at least 100% more expensive than outside the resort, and wine was more expensive than in the on site restaurants! This gave you a feeling of being exploited.

Mi-a placut curatenia din complex, dar si din cladire si din camera. Mi-a placut internetul de buna calitate, si de asemenea designul frumos si calitatea fizica a mobilierului si utilitatilor. Mi-a placut personalul de la receptie, prietenos si de mare ajutor cu explicatii. Complexul are mai multe supermarketuri care sunt foarte bine aprovizionate. Plaja Smokinia este frumoasa si bine servisata de restaurante, insa nu este aproape de hotel, am mers acolo cu masina.

Piscinele sunt aglomerate si zona din jurul lor este murdara (din cauza clientilor care poarta papuci de plaja pana langa piscina). Finisajele din jurul piscinelor prezinta semne de uzura, cum ar fi gresie sparta. Am avut o camera intr-o vila de la marginea complexului, peste strada de terenuri de tenis unde noaptea se aduna adolescenti din complex care urla si tipa pana la 2 AM. Nu mi-a placut ca locul de parcare este pe o strada de langa complex, securizat cu un padlock, pe un teren neamenajat corect ca loc de parcare. Complexul fiind foarte mare a trebuit sa merg mult pe jos prin afara complexului dupa ce am parcat masina de fiecare data. Plajele accesibile pe jos sunt neamenajate si foarte modeste ca facilitati, calitatea apei este foarte slaba. Ascensorul pasajului catre plaja nu functioneaza.
