I have paid premium for a 220cl lemonade with Ice, property was dirty and price value was not matching anywhere else we stayed

Perfect village, nice area, lot of pool.

Our apartment was extremely noisy being close to the main road. Was hard to sleep and rest in the noise of all night traffic to Sozopol.The apartment was far from the closest entrance as the neighbor enterance did not operate. On this level of luxury you should pay attention of public toilets nearby the pools. Internal transfer buses might go a bit more frequent.

Pictures misrepresent (in a bad way) what it is actually like. But at least the room was spacious and clean when we checked in.

I feel absolutely scammed. Pictures are far from reality! It was far from the bare minumum of what I expected based on the photos of the room I booked. Dark, old, sad furniture. No plugs. Ants in the kitchen. No nets for mosquitos. Clearly aged property. Parking costs extra, which is ridiculous. And price point of breakfast if you want to upgrate made me question if reception are joking. The lift to the beach wasn't working and I doubt they've even tried to fix it this year. Good luck climbing 4 storeys up and down to the beach in 37 degrees under direct sunlight.
