The Breakfast was limited but south Indian food was Decent. The location is the highlight with closer access to Five falls and in less crowded and less vehicle honking.

1. Rooms were never cleaned well before check- in and also during the stay. I stayed in a suite for 3 nights. The amenities are very poor. Didn't get towels for 2 days even asking the reception. 2. The hotel needs lot of maintenance with ceiling peeling off in lot of places. Not all light fixtures in room works. For Rs. 7000 a night I thought it fails my expectations 3.Not even kettles in room for making your coffee or tea......again for the price point this is basic room amenity for this category of rooms. 4. No food except for complimentary Breakfast.. Sad .if they can make a Decent Breakfast then why not some limited food at the restaurant based on occupation. Can take pre orders.

Very poor in room service, very poor for stay, water facility not available in bathrooms, AC not working, power circuit issue, tv dish not recharged... This is the worst experience in my life...
