"Neglect"

Absalute neglect from the staff for the guests .. Booked rooms for my parents and haven’t received even a cup of tea. Contacted the property through what’s up and explained everything and the staff assured me as everything will be sorted and they know how to take care of their guests.. but still a complete neglect from the house keeping staff . Anyone in doubt.. I have all the What’s up messages with me ..

"Overall the stay was ohk but Didn't meet the expectations."

Only the rooms were good.

The maintenance was bad. hot water not available. There was limited hospitality from the staff.the food we ordered after that large chunk of remaining Rice was on the floor till night.no paste or brush shaving kit or electric kettle was not available
