the bathrooms not cleaned properly. the beds are so bad and the pillow is too old and smells really bad.

Not worthy for 7500 rupees for the suite . They have taken more than the amount specified in the website

Poor service

Five Falls Resort setting and view is good but there is a lot of inconvenience, communication problem, lack of helping tendency among staff etc. If the customers have some inconvenient situation they are not ready to help them and their way of communication with customers is not good and acceptable. Some kind of careless activity is seen among the working staff. On the whole the experience in Five Falls Resort is very poor and unhappy with the approach of staff.

The rooms were good.

No proper restaurant. We never had breakfast there as it is served only after 8.30 am which is too late. Also there is only 1 person in the kitchen and there is no proper menu etc. Housekeeping was also poor. Out of 3 days they cleaned the room for only the first day, second day there was no change of bedsheets and towels and upon strong request only they changed on the 3rd day
