Es la cuarta vez que vamos y subieron los precios de los alimentos de manera absurda. Ya nadie de los barriles o los motociclistas van a comer ahi. Un plato de avena $200 pesos!!! un plato de pescado $500 pesos y asi todo el menu. La comida no siquiera esta tan buena como antes. Nos cobraron $650 pesos por descorchar una botella.

Beautiful place. Peaceful and private. Clean and comfortable. Views and beach spectacular. Staff friendly.

Location is remote. There are two ways in, one is very difficult, steep and offroad and mostly requires 4wd, other is partial dirt road. Know your driving skill and vehicle and take the one you can safely manage! Nearest real town is hour away. Plan accordingly. No other supplies available. Rooms should offer garafones. 2 small bottles of water not enough.

The hotel is in a beautiful isolated location. We love the peace and tranquility. It is a bit difficult to get to the hotel via car from Los Barilles. I do not recommend using the coast road north from LB. It is better and safer to use the interior route (from past experience). The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The room (suite) exceeded my expectations. This is the first time I have stayed in the hotel, although I have visited a number of times for lunch and drinks. We enjoyed the snorkelling on the beach below the hotel. The spa was excellent. We will definitely be back.

There were kayaks on the beach. It was not made clear that we could use these which would have been fun. If the kayaks are available for use by hotel guests, this should be explained during check in.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. The staff was great, particularly Noe who was our server at the restaurant. Such a positive and helpful guy. The pool is really nice, the beach was basically private except for a couple other people, and the food was good.

The food at the restaurant was really good, but it does feel a little like they’re taking advantage of the fact that there isn’t much else around and overpricing things. The manager seemed a little intense, and the staff works basically 7am-10pm or something from what I could see, which is probably typical at a lot of hotels, but still, I hope they have decent accommodations nearby because that’s rough.

Prachtige locatie aan zee. Hele mooie ruime kamer. Vanaf het terras bij de kamer mooi uitzicht op het strand en directe toegang tot zee. Eten is mogelijk in het restaurant bij het hotel maar ook op terras bij de bar. Heerlijke zwembaden. Service was ook heel goed en vriendelijk! Extra fijn: het prachtige strand waar je relatief gemakkelijk de zee in kan, kan kanoën en snorkelen - maar ook kan strandwandelen. Strandbedden met overkapping voor schaduw staan voor je klaar.

Het hotel lag iets verder van Los Barrilles dan gedacht. Omdat de weg er naar toe of over een uitdagende (maar wel mooie) weg met zand en stenen van 10 km langs de kliffen gaat of via een langere maar grotendeels geasfalteerde weg (32 km), rijdt je niet zomaar op en neer. Hier kan het hotel niets aan doen, maar moet je wel weten als toerist. Tip voor andere gasten: bij aankomst in los barriles op de N1 - de langere route kiezen (zeker als je geen fourwheeldrive hebt gehuurd).
