Die Lage ist sehr schön. Konnten Delfine und Grauwale direkt vom Hotel aus sehen

Trotz Internationaler Gäste sprach niemand Englisch, wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer nebeneinander gebucht und bestätigt bekommen wurden aber vor Ort voneinander getrennt. Die Anfahrt ist nur über zwei Pisten möglich und man sollte mindestens ein SUV oder Geländewagen mieten. Wir mussten direkt eine Sicherheitszahlung von 3000 Peso an der Rezeption hinterlegen. Beim Checkout haben wir alle Rechnungen dann bezahlt. Am Nachmittag meldete sich das Hotel, das ein Betrag von 200 Peso noch offen wäre, da das Restaurant die Frühstücksrechnung nicht übermittelt hatte. Ich hätte die 10€ dem Hotel überwiesen. Da die Bankgebühren bei 25€ liegen, habe ich dem Hotel die Kosten erspart.

The staff did not seem to know what they were doing. We had to wait for our room and it was past the check in time and I had requested an early check in. We did not receive the bottle of wine nor the massage that we purchased through booking.com, our fan in our room did not work, air conditioning was very loud, there was no coffee pot in the room when we arrived, the water pressure in the shower and toilet were very low, we could not find nor work the TV remotes, we had to have 3 different staff members come to the room to try and fix the remotes, it took over 30 minutes at the hotel restaurant to get a bottle of water and glass of wine, our food took over an hour and was cold when we received it, we were not given silverware-so we had to go find some, the wait staff never checked on us, we ordered guacamole and chips but never received them and were charged for them until my husband pointed out this error, there was leftover food in the freezer portion of the small refrigerator in the room when we arrived, the room had lots of mosquitos too. It just seems like this hotel is in desperate need of good hotel management and having the staff trained as to how to properly run a hotel. The price of the room was very high for what was very poor service and zero customer service.

Eine tolle Lage und eine ansprechenden Anlage, die aber etwas mehr Fürsorge vertragen könnte. Super für entspannten Aufenthalt mit Strand, Schorcheln und Pools

Für nicht spanisch sprechende Gäste sehr beschwerlich, da kaum jemand englisch spricht. Vor allem an der Reception trotz internationalem Publikum schwer nachvollziehbar. Abglegene Lage und wegen der schlechten Zuwegung ( offroad) nicht geeignet als Basis für Ausflüge. Dazu noch überhöhte Preise und das Personal wirkte überwiegend überfordert. Alternative Restaurants nur in Los Barriles mit aufwendiger Anreise.

el desayuno es fruta con yogurt y pan, pense que era mas completo pero estuvo bien la comida estuvo un poco grasosa, pero le di mis sugerencias al chef
