Reception is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00. For arrivals outside reception hours, easy self check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival. Pelican Cove is a relaxed low-rise waterfront property with stair access to apartments. For stays longer than 7 nights, a mid-stay linen refresh is available. Smoking is not permitted inside apartments or on balconies.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "A place that almost feels like home"

The location was very nice for morning walk, kayaking tour and nice coffee. The apartment is spacious, two bedrooms with two toilets and a balcony with garden and water view. Good neighbours. We got Easter chocolate.

Only a few tea bags for 4 people for 4 days. Only 2 small shampoo and soap for 4 people for 4 days. Only 1 kitchen towel and bathroom towels for 4 days. I will bring my own next time.

We had an amazing stay here. Easy walking distance to a lot of places, reasonable views, great pool facilities and our room was well equipped. A home away from home.

The size of the apartment was great. It was clean. The staff were delightful. Pool was lovely. Position is conveniently placed.

Our room didn't have a lockable bedroom balcony door. Ceiling fans do not work. Not enough couch seats for 6 people. No working can opener or kitchen tongs. No bbq utensils. Bbq was dirty,rusty and kept going out with the wind. Parking was a problem. Our car was too high for undercover parking and then there was no parking half the time near the apartment on the street.

"A great place for a quick getaway."

Location good. Helpful staff. Nice pool and veiw of water. good aircon and ceiling fans.

No hand soap in bathroom. Limited ramp access. Be mindful if you have pram or wheelchair.
