Reception is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00. For arrivals outside reception hours, easy self check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival. A pre-authorisation of AUD 150 is required on arrival and released after check-out. Complimentary undercover parking is available, subject to height restrictions. Pelican Cove is a relaxed low-rise waterfront property with stair access to apartments. For stays longer than 7 nights, a mid-stay linen refresh is available. Smoking is not permitted inside apartments or on balconies.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Everything. Full sized apartments, 2 pools, close to everything.

Lack of storage in the bedrooms, made it almost impossible to unpack.

The pool was very lovely. The staff were also friendly

I didn’t like that the room states air conditioning, but apparently the complex description states only air conditioning in the living room. So was very unhappy to see no air conditioning in the bedrooms. With young kids needing daytime naps it was a sauna in the room. Couldn’t open the windows because there were tears in the fly screen and all of the doors rattled with the wind. Not given any hand soap only body wash. Toaster was shit. Feels like with some better upkeep this could be a very nice play to stay, but whoever owns the unit isn’t looking after it at all.
