Location - on the water in nice quiet neighbourhood with shops in close walking distance Pool area Some nice apartments in the complex

Our apartment - I have never stayed in such an awful accommodation in my life. Stained bedding, ripped couches, worn out carpet, rock hard bed. Every piece of furniture in this apartment needed replacing. No attempt at decorating. The only clean things were the sheets and towels. When I complained the management agreed it was awful and shouldn’t be rented out. They gave us some new bed blankets and put a light bulb in our lamp which was something. We would have left straight away but we were staying there with 3 other families and most accomodation was booked out due to the marathon. I asked for a refund and they said they would refund me 50% but 1 month later I have yet to receive it. Basically the complex is nice and most of the apartments are great, but this one was shocking. As they are all individually owned there’s a LOT of variability, but they are all charged at the same rate.

The set up, pools and the pontoon were great for our door BBQs with family etc

Rooms require some much need TLC. Room was very dated. Air con wasn't bug enough to cool unit and no ceiling fans and wholes in the screens.

Good location great staff good to have 2 pool temperatures walk to beach

A lot of owners residing in complex a lot of rules pool - 'no Marco polo' or any ball games Residents told kids 'can't you read rules' Apartment decor a bit dated

Really lovely comfortable apartment that had everything anyone needs on hand. The shopping mart only a short walk away is also very handy

The rooms could do with air conditioning for summer. 25 degree nights make for a hard nights sleep

Pillow upgrade would make a difference. Damo was very friendly
