Kids loved the double pool area

The stale cigarette smell coming from possible permanent residents.

No door on the ensuite in main bedroom. Car parking was 1.9m, so not applicable for our 4wd (we should have checked). Only one aircon for two bedroom unit. Bedrooms were incredibly hot and all doors had to remain open.

Absolutely nothing we experienced the worst customer service we ever had and by far the dirtiest room I’ve ever seen!!!

How incredibly disgusting the room was and the lack of effort to refund my money

Carpets definitely needed a freshen up and some furniture upholstery and pillows were marked .

We loved the location and size of the apartment for our family with 3 active kids. The pool was fantastic and the grounds well maintained. The apartment had 2 balconies one overlooking the pool and one overlooking the water which was more private.

It geta very bright very early would appreciate some darker curtains the kids were up extremely early with the sun. The curtains moved with fan on which meant the outside lights kept shining in my eyes.

Great location, aesthetically lovely unit, nice pools, quiet area, beautiful gardens, direct access to the canal. There was a dishwasher, and a combined washer/dryer which were very handy. The staff were lovely.

The unit smelled like an ashtray despite signs all over the place saying no smoking. It looked lovely on the surface but up close, cleaning could have been more thorough. Kitchen supplies were adequate but not ideal eg the induction frypan had bits peeling off it and I didn’t like cooking with it. The beds were not comfortable at all.
