Chimneys Nuwara Eliya

the hot water is a major issue as in this part of sri lanka hot water is a must as its cold and the Hot water did not work for us even after we told the team.

Struttura incantevole, con giardino all’inglese curatissimo. Si respira una pace e una tranquillità da sogno. Il personale è estremamente disponibile e gentile. La camera era molto spaziosa e luminosa, pulitissima, con una bella finestra con sdraio che dava sul giardino interno, perfetta per leggere. Servizio di colazione e cena squisiti (grazie allo Chef Don Francis!). Raccomandatissimo!

20時頃のチェックインで遅くなってしまいましたが、食事を作っていただきました。ありがたかったです。どのお料理も美味しかったです。 また温かく迎えていただき、心のこもった対応をしていただきました。連泊したかったです！

バスタブがあるといいなぁと思いました。 シャワールームの排水があまり良くなかったです。

Frühstück war eher schlicht

Our staying was amazing, the room was clean, breakfast was rich and tasty, service was excellent, it was nice to walk inside the area

I prefer more options for the dinner’s menu, but it wasn’t a problem

Building looks lovely from the outside.

No atmosphere in the hotel, the corridors all echo. You have no privacy in the bathroom. Wooden blinds in the bathroom that are open & can not be closed. We had to put face towels in the gaps for privacy. Our bathroom also had an issue with the drains so the smell was terrible.
