Everything about the property. Food menu was limited but the food was delicious.

It was a calm environment, nice garden. Decent location. Staff tried to be helpful.

The staff tried to be helpful but failed. Dead flies on the window ledges. Breakfast was unimpressive.

Rooms need to be cleaner! Very disappointing with this. Sheets, towels need upgrading. Look stained.

The reception lady and most of the team were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The environment was wonderful, and the food was delicious, especially with the herbs grown in their garden.

The tall middle-aged man was quite rude when he requested payment, seeming impatient as if he thought we might leave without settling the bill. This was the only aspect that marred our stay at the hotel.

The staff were not ready to host the guests at all. •Despite our booking they looked surprised to see us. We had to wait for our room to be ready for 20-30 minutes, even after that the room they offered was dirty. We had to ask for another room which also not perfect, but bearable comparing to previous one. •The problems didn’t end there. The next morning at 8 we went to the breakfast area. There was nobody. Not guests, no staff. Only after seeing us over there they started doing something. Another 10 minutes and we got nothing! If the breakfast time is 7-10 as stated why they are not prepared?! And the manager kept asking how he can handle the situation; Do the bare minimum and learn what hotels are for!

This is an amazing cozy boutique hotel. Spacious rooms, very friendly and warm staff. Excellent food, one of the best quality we have had in Sri Lanka. Has a unique setup where the staff takes your breakfast order the previous evening and prepares fresh, partly customized breakfast every morning. Coupled with beautiful weather, this is an excellent offbeat property to stay at.

The hotel looked very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful and did their very best to make you have a good stay. The food was great.

The bathroomfloor and the towels could have been cleaner and it would have been nice if bathroomproducts, like shampoo were available.
