Groß, modern und sauber.

Für den relativ hohen Mietpreis ein Haus mit Pool, dessen Pool aber, im Gegensatz zu den Nachbarhäusern, nicht beheizt wurde. Ende September, frischer Wind und der Pool aber bei nur 17 Grad ist in dieser Preislage nicht angemessen. Am zweiten Tag nach dem Bezug hatten wir eine SMS bekommen, ob denn alles in Ordnung wäre, worauf ich sofort die nicht eingeschaltete Wärmepumpe der Poolheizung reklamierte. Hat aber keinen interessiert.

Brand new modern high quality design. Beautiful ocean view ! Very comfortable. The restaurant at the resort was wonderful too.

We stayed in October so it was too chilly for the pool.

We were surprised that the pool was not heated. Considering it's a new house, floor heating would be normal. Mouldy smell in ground floor bedrooms. Carpet in master bedroom smelly. Flat needs a ground cleaning and removal of mouldy furniture (bedrooms).

Great property well laid out with plenty of facilities and supplies. IT that worked! Missing from house was a table jug for water and the BBQ didn't work, broken wheels and did not ignite. Needs fixing or replacing. Really excellent service from the front desk both before and during the stay. Always helpful, smiling and had all the answers to our questions. The resort is still under construction is some areas and that would have been good to know more about. Tried to exit the trail by the Boca restaurant and gate access did not work even though we had our access cards.

Garagentor hatte keine Fernbedienung und ließ sich zweimal nicht öffnen (Reparatur wurde jedes mal zügig vorgenommen)
