The Location is great if you want to be right in the heart of Kuta/Denpasar and not far from the airport, staff was very warm and hospitable. Welcome drinks and rice crepes were a nice touch. The Room itself was spacious.

Rooms in general seemed dated - overall staff were very polite but had to ask a few times for water bottles or the washing basin drain got choked - minor irritants etc. I was only spending a few hours and could do without having to follow up on these things. The towels etc seemed subpar - like i said the little things need work
