Loved the breakfast, great variety of traditional and western food. Most of all I loved the healthy clean options and the juicer. It's hard to find whole foods and healthy options when you travel overseas, so Ramayana really catered for all.

The gym itselt was clean and a great space to work out in with all the basic equipment... but... you can see directly into the gym, they is no privacy. I would prefer if the gym walls were more obscured not a transparent glass. Every time I was using the treadmill, I could see people on their balcony across the gym, staring straight into the gym and that made me very uncomfortable. The gym is my safe space and it felt very intrusive. Secondly, the accommodation, street side was very very noisy. My sister who bought her toddler, found it very difficult to go to bed at night, due to all the street noise and loud music that you can hear, even with the double doors closed. So we had to move rooms to the garden view. I will say the staff were amazing and very accommodating and helped us move rooms straight away, which we were very grateful for!!

Beautiful gardens and pool area. Our room was comfortable and the aircon was perfect.

We could hear music at night while trying to sleep.

Airconditioning was malfunctioning on arrival, had people in and out of the room on the first evening after it became clear this was an issue, then had to ask again the next morning as it still wasn't fixes. Staff seemed to not care much. Was told to sit down upon check-out, no one ever came to tell me all was well, and had to contact them later for the billed overview. Location not the best.
