The location of the hotel was excellent. There were many restaurants, cafés, shops, and other facilities within walking distance, making it very convenient throughout our stay. From a location standpoint, the hotel is definitely one of the property’s strongest points.

There was a noticeable odor issue in the room. At times, a smell similar to sewage or drainage odor would spread throughout the room, which was quite unpleasant and affected our comfort. Another issue was the condition of some of the furniture and cabinets. Several cabinet and kitchen unit doors produced very loud squeaking noises whenever they were opened or closed. Even though we stayed in a suite, every time someone opened a cabinet to get a glass of water during the night, the noise was loud enough to wake up the people sleeping in the other room. I believe this is something that should be addressed and repaired. The in-room amenities could also be improved. For example, conditioner was not provided in the bathroom, and toothbrushes were also not available. These are basic amenities that many guests would expect to find at a property of this category. In addition, the kitchen was not stocked with enough drinking glasses for the number of guests staying in the suite, which was somewhat inconvenient during our stay. The swimming pool could have been cleaner, as the water appeared somewhat cloudy during our stay. Regarding room cleanliness, I would rate it approximately 7 out of 10. While the room was generally acceptable, there is definitely room for improvement in both cleanliness and maintenance.

Beautiful property, felt removed from the business of kuta

Some of the facilities a little tired, our bathroom had a terrible smell that seemed to be coming from the pipes and I felt that prices for things within the hotel (spa and restaurant) were very overpriced and not opaque about additional costs (eg tax which was generally included in the listed cost in our experience in other parts of Bali rather than charged afterwards in addition)

Absolutely loved this place! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff was friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect. Everything made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
