The staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having our morning coffee on the huge balcony and had squirrels come to say hi every morning.

The glasses in our room were not clean.

Niets. Mijn ervaring was vanaf aankomst teleurstellend.

Zeer slechte hygiëne. Bij aankomst trof ik een vieze en stinkende kamer aan. Daarna hebben we een nieuwe kamer aangeboden gekregen. Hier hadden de lakens en kussens zichtbare vlekken, waaronder bloedvlekken op het kissen. Ik heb hierdoor meerdere keren van kamer moeten wisselen, maar ook de andere kamers voldeden niet aan de hygiënestandaarden die je van een resort in deze prijsklasse mag verwachten. Het is onacceptabel dat gasten in dergelijke kamers worden geplaatst. Door deze ervaring heb ik mijn verblijf voortijdig moeten inkorten. Ik zou deze accommodatie niet aanbevelen. Na 3x van kamer gewisseld te hebben kwamen ze als laatste optie voor een suite honeymoon kamer. Maar omdat de vorige twee kamers extreem vies waren hebben we dit niet geaccepteerd. Denk 3x na voordat je hier naartoe komt. Niet aan te raden!
