An unforgettable and authentic experience Our stay at Masseria San Paolo Grande was simply exceptional. Without a doubt, it is one of the most beautiful and authentic places we have ever experienced. The Masseria is stunning — surrounded by peaceful countryside, beautifully restored, elegant yet warm and welcoming at the same time. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, creating a truly relaxing and refined atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and full of charm, perfectly blending traditional Apulian character with high-end comfort. Every corner of the property feels serene and special. A special thank you goes to the staff, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. We felt welcomed from the very first moment and truly looked after during the entire experience. Breakfast was outstanding, with fresh local products and homemade touches, while the restaurant offered delicious cuisine that perfectly reflects the flavors and authenticity of Puglia. The location is ideal for exploring the Valle d’Itria and nearby villages, although the Masseria itself is so beautiful that you may never want to leave. A truly magical place for anyone seeking relaxation, authenticity, beauty, and exceptional hospitality. We cannot wait to come back.

Authentic experience

L'extrême gentillesse du personnel, tres bon accueil. Le personnel fait le maximum pour nous satisfaire. La magnifique piscine et son espace chaises longues, le bar de la piscine La chambre tres confortable L'espace repas et petit déjeuner

L'absence de télévision dans la chambre et la mauvaise connections wifi. La place centrale avec ses grandes dalles souvent instables et moyennement entretenue ( herbes hautes entre les dalles) La carte des repas, un peu limitée et trop compliquée

La masseria est magnifique, l'environnement est sublime. L'accueil est très sympathique et les femmes de ménages très gentilles et efficaces

La literie hors d'âge avec un lit qui grince à chaque mouvement, aucun store occultant (alors qu'il serait facile d'en poser sans détériorer), aucune isolation (le vent s'engouffre et fait claquer toutes les portes) Le restaurant est très cher pour ce qu'il est, il sert de toutes petites quantité et les plats sont aléatoires même s'ils utilisent leurs produits de la ferme, cela ne suffit pas ! (1/4 de foccacia brûlé à 6€, un plat de gambas grillées à 30€ servi sans accompagnement), et les assiettes sont ébréchées... 1h30 pour prendre le petit déjeuner avec la moitié de la commande oubliée

Mooie kamer maar wel gehorig. Ontbijt zeer goed en a la carte met bediening. Dinerkaart zeer summier met aparte lokale gerechten. Locatie is zeer mooi met heerlijke zwemvijver en bar met bediening bij het zwembad. T.o.v. het aantal gasten(11 kamers)loopt er veel personeel rond. Ontvangst en contact met de lokale mensen was prima.

Dinerkaart zeer summier met lokale gerechten die je niet echt verwacht. Restaurant is chique ingericht en sfeer is daardoor wat stijfjes. Prijzen voor consumpties zijn hoog. Qua locatie een mooi plek, de Italiaanse keuken en sfeer die wij zochten ontbrak.

Als je op zoek bent naar een rustige tussenstop, dan moet je hier zijn. Prachtig domein.

Het hotel is wel een work in progress. Ooit zal het perfect zijn.
