We had a great time, the breakfast could be a little more varied, but is was good.

Tout était très beau ! La Masseria est magnifique et le restaurant est très bon ! Les plats que nous avons pris étaient exceptionnels et très raffinés ! Un vrai ravissement pour les papilles et pour les yeux 😍

We loved our stay absolutely recommend , the dinner is a must as the food is amazing.

The grounds are amazing and the location is perfectly placed between Ostuni and Cisternino, and the staff (not the management) were very nice and welcoming. The pool is beautiful.

It’s really too bad, because this hotel is full of potential and beauty. But there were too many shortfalls. Most importantly, from the very first night and for the entire duration of our stay, we found more than 20 worms/centipedes in our room (on the walls mostly, but also in our clothes, bathrobes and above our bed…). We were told that rainy weather was the reason. However, they appeared even when it was sunny and dry out. Secondly, the maître d’hôtel at the restaurant was extremely unfair to us, as we ordered the smallest stake (1.3kg) and we were still brought a 1.7kg piece, which was at a completely different price point (250€ stake). Sure, it was really good but not what we had asked for and we felt kind of pressured into accepting it. Furthermore, we stayed at the masseria for a our honeymoon. We didn’t except anything free but at least a few kind gestures (maybe a bottle of prosecco or a box of chocolates) but nothing was done about it, even though we had told them in our booking. Lastly, like other reviews, it’s true that the breakfast can get boring after a few days, with no variety and no buffet (table service instead). Overall, this place has a lot going for it, but it’s ultimately hard to recommend at this time, at this price point.

Dir Lage ist super, das Hotel ist optisch echt schön

Das Personal ist sehr unmotiviert und oft hat man das Gefühl dass man eine Last ist und Schuld daran ist dass sie jetzt arbeiten müssen. Bezüglich der Lärmbelästigung will ich gar nicht erst anfangen, JEDE Aktivität hört man perfekt ins kleinste Detail, Aussage hierzu vom Hotel: die Zimmer sind halt nebeneinander, das ist normal. Frühstück ist jeden Tag das selbe und ist vorgegeben. Keine Führung und kein Willkommens-Empfang wie groß angeworben bekommen, auf Nachfrage nur ein trockenes „oh das ist schlecht“ bekommen.
