Excellent accommodation. Clean and well maintained rooms, good view from the balcony and very helpful staff.

Water pressure in the shower could be better. A small stretch of road leading to the place is very tough to drive through. If you are taking your own vehicle you may need to watch out. However the staff is quite helpful and they even drove my vehicle up this road on my behalf.

We spent an exceptional few days at this lovely resort. The clean, spacious room overlooked the river, mountains and the famous Badulla-Ella railway track. A real tranquil experience! The restaurant served delicious freshly cooked meals (pre-order two hours beforehand) at very reasonable prices, plus beer and soft drinks are also available. The staff are an absolute delight, so friendly, engaging and will go out of their way to help you. We have never stayed in a place where the staff are so regularly checking to see that everything is to your satisfaction or if you require anything. Exemplary customer service skills! The resort arranged for a tuk tuk to meet us from the railway station and, as it is a narrow fairly steep descent to the resort, for any transport requirements including a tour - with the same careful, friendly tuk tuk driver. Thank you Bookinda Resort for such a wonderful tranquil experience, particularly to Hansi - you are one of the most organised, hospitable hosts we’ve come across in our 60 years of travelling 🙏.

La atencion del equipo es bonisima, hay una jovencita que habla ingles perfecto, que esto ayuda mucho para todo, la comida esta muy bien. El lugar es espectacular, agua caliente y habitacion amplia.

Nosotros buscamos un lugar para estar una tarde noche rodeado de verde, descansar y tomar el tren. Pero si lo que quieres es estar en el centro de badulla estas un poco apartado.

Отель прекрасно расположен: вдали от городского шума, на берегу реки, откуда открывается живописный вид с проходящим паровозиком . На территории отеля нас радушно встретила менеджер, которая быстро организовала для нас экскурсию, несмотря на то, что мы приехали поздно. Особенно хочется отметить великолепные завтраки! Огромное спасибо за всё! Всё было замечательно, и мы обязательно вернёмся сюда снова!
