Boo Kirinda Holiday Resort

Very nice place where to stay. We were there very short time, but enjoyed place. Staff was helpful. There are a lot of birds, nice river with small waterfall and train way, if you stay there take in mind, that beauty comes with some side effects.

We spent an amazing and most memorable few days at this resort. The staff are exceptional and they go above and beyond to ensure that guests are looked after in the best possible way. The resort is in a phenomenal location where you are close to and have views of the river and the waterfall. The views of the passing train and the surrounding mountains and forests are amazing. The breakfasts are substantial and beautifully presented in a lovely dining area also enjoying the magnificent views. Badulla is a place you must go to for its outstanding waterfalls, views and to experience Sri Lankan culture. The staff at the hotel arranged our tour and general transport arrangements ensuring that they provided the best possible value. We highly recommend the Boo Kirinda Holiday Resort.

Friendly staff, quiet environment, tasteful breakfast. The location is a bit away from the center, but that’s why it’s so peaceful there. When you arrive they help you to get to the place with a tuk tuk.

The staff, food, and service were excellent. Our breakfast was amazing and our supper was great as well. Beautiful location with spice garden and great view.

Unfortunately, it was raining a lot when we were there and we had to take a tuk tuk down to the hotel as our van driver was unable to get down the road.

Serene location in the middle of a valley - like in a story book. Magical atmosphere and a hidden gem. Don’t miss the excellent food and hospitality - both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The terrain is a bit remote so they arrange a rickshaw to come down to the property - good and timely communication from the management about this.

The property is a bit basic - could use modernisation.
