It’s private secured and beautiful huge resort. It’s all inclusive and appreciate the numerous restaurants and variety of food

My building doesn’t have an elevator so I have to carry my luggage’s upstairs and I have a bad foot. And all throughout our stay with my husband our room aircon is non functioning , called numerous times to fix it they tried but never told us that the aircon is really broken then we should’ve just requested to moved but these 3 maintenance keeps on telling us that it fix and just wait to cool down. The last day the last maintenance guy told us it’s really broken. Mind you it’s sooo humid and hot on this days we were there.

I would not recommend this resort. It has been the worst all-inclusive resort I’ve ever stayed at. The staff, with the exception of the breakfast team, were extremely rude and acted like every request was an inconvenience. Restaurant reservations were almost impossible to get, and we spent hours waiting in line. If you’re traveling with kids, be aware there are no elevators to some of the second-floor rooms. Carrying strollers, luggage, and children up the stairs was very frustrating. The mosquito problem was terrible. We were bitten all night, and even after calling for someone to address the issue, nothing really changed. The resort also feels more like a party destination than a family resort. There were drunk guests walking around throughout the day, making it less enjoyable for families with children. You don’t receive bottled water unless you specifically ask for it, and bottled water isn’t readily available around the pools. For an all-inclusive resort, this was disappointing. The food was another major letdown. Most meals were the same buffet food every day, and the quality was poor. Breakfast was the only meal we consistently enjoyed, and the breakfast staff were the only employees who were genuinely friendly. The pools were not well maintained. They often had bugs and leaves floating in the water, making them look dirty. Overall, management seemed to have a “take it or leave it” attitude toward guests. Customer service was poor, the facilities were disappointing, and the overall experience was far below what I expected. I would not stay here again.

Rooms were modern. Lots of activities in the evenings. Drinks were plentiful and delivered quickly. Lots of pool options. Good opportunities to purchase souvineers.

Food: While there are many options on the property to eat. A few more higher quality options would be nice. Wine: It would be really nice to have an option to have a nicer wine selection (even if at an additional cost)

Staff very nice

Mosquitos 🦟 in our rooms eating us up, loud noise until last night due to excessive partying because of all you can drink young people. Workers started cleaning rooms by 7 am also making lots of noise early in the morning. Buffet was good but flies on desserts. Specialty restaurant was DISAPPOINTING

La verdad todo estuvo muy bien, las instalaciones muy limpias, todo el personal, muy amable, la comida muy rica, todo estuvo bien. Lo único que le podría poner como detalle es que deberían separar a los jóvenes de los familias, porque si hacen un poco de ruido en las noches al llegar a las habitaciones, ya que llegan un poco tomados, eso sería sólo el único detalle, pero de ahí en fuera todo estuvo excepcional las albercas todo.

Que en las habitaciones en el baño les falta un poco más de cosas como crema solo había shampoo y jabón
