Riu Santa Fe - All Inclusive

The place was clean, staff was very nice and food was great

The walks from the front restaurants to the beach pools they have to add some kind of golf carts for transportation it’s to far beside it was hot so it gets you exhausted

There are activities for everyone to do daily. Many bars, restaurant choices, and late night snacks to enjoy

No beach, but many pools

Las instalaciones impecables, las habitaciones súper cómodas y limpias, la comida variada y muy rica. El hotel cuenta con actividades durante todo el día para el entretenimiento de los huéspedes

Me gusto la ubicación, la comida.

Me robaron un celular en el area de alberca, asi que no me puedo ir completamente feliz😔 Se que no fue un turista por que la ubicacion del celular es en una colonia de los cabos. No puedo generalizar pero que triste que haya personas que se dediquen a robar o que no les importe la imagen que dan como Hotel. No creo que me vuelva a hospedar en Riu

Being close to the ocean, most food was good but not great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Asian restaurant was not good at all so we went to the buffet next door.

Las camas en las habitaciones son pequeñas.

Very super clean, the staff was excellent, very friendly. Rui Santa Fe had everything we needed. Very clean bathrooms, very clean restaurants, Theater and night club. Food, water, alcohol, everything was free. My wife and son, son's girlfriend decided to stay at las Cascadas, They had to pay for everything. They wanted to come and stay with us. Rui is the ultimate place to be. It was Bad Ass !
