Firstly, please note that the parking area is located 1.5 kms away from the resort. From there, guests are transported to the resort in a jeep. This 20–25 minute uphill ride through the lush greenery of the 100-acre coffee estate is nothing short of an adventure in itself! A special mention to Thomas Sir (Driver) — your driving skills are truly commendable. Hats off to your professionalism and respect! The food, though from a limited menu, was satisfying and consistently well-prepared. We had almost all our meals at the property — breakfasts and dinners — and were happy with the quality and taste. Kudos to Chef Manas, and the entire kitchen team for a job well done! The housekeeping staff deserves a big thank you. Your dedication, attentiveness, and warmth made our stay very comfortable. Keep up the excellent work — your efforts truly show. It was a pleasure interacting with Sunil Sir and Ravi. Your leadership and management are clearly reflected in how smoothly everything runs. The Avadale resorts are located at the beautiful hilltop. The ambience was awesome, food was delicious and staff behaviour was very polite. My Special thanks to Mr. Sunil (property manager) and Thomas Sir for making our trip a wonderful experience. We look forward to visiting again.

For the summer this year, we decided to "resort hop" and this is the third resort we visited. I would say that we got our best experience here. The caretaker Mr Sunil Varghese was very responsive from the beginning. We had to park our car in their parking lot and take their jeep to reach the property. It was a wild ride and the kids enjoyed it. After reaching the resort, we refreshed ourselves and had a modest, yet tasty buffet lunch. We roamed around the property, had a bath in the swimming pool, and played on their indoor and outdoor facilities. We again had a sumptuous buffet in the night and called it a day. The next day, we went hiking in the wilderness. A complimentary breakfast was waiting for us when we got back. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with everyone in the property more than willing to help. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. Go for it!!

The stay, location, hospitality, food, cottages everything was exceptionally good It was memorable trip Thanks to Ravi incharge and Thomas jeep driver for being always available for everything

I really liked the location, quite secluded and private - something what i was looking for. Manager Sunil was a great help around. A couple of things to improve - Room hygiene and toilet accessories.
