The welcome was great at the reception, the security personals and all the staff were very kind and helpful ... Grrat staff and buffet breakfast. Excellent stay !!!! We loved it....

Great and courteous staff. Good location. However the rooms need a lot of work!!! Chipped and dirty tiles in the room toilets. Moulds on tiles and wash basin. Rough towels. Crooked and dirty switch boards in the room. Furniture chipped at certain places. The standards expected out of an IHCL brand were hardly met in terms of room upkeep. Rooms definitely need renovation!!! Ordered a sandwich in room. It came without ketchup.

To be honest the only positive part of our stay was the service from the bar staff, Prajot. The pool area was also nice and well maintained.

So many things we did not like! The room was super dirty and badly maintained, black mould and filthy appliances. We ordered room service one night and another guest’s old crusty food was on the bottom of the plate - so gross. The location isn’t great, and the hotel taxis are expensive (plus VERY difficult to communicate pick up/ drop offs). It’s very hard to get around as a foreign tourist, since we cannot download local taxi apps without an Indian phone number. Another issue is it is required to give your hotel room number to security on access in taxi, seemed like a big safety issue to have to say our room number in front of the taxi driver (a strange man, as 2 young girls) in my option? Breakfast food was fine, but it’s crowded and chaotic with a lack of indoor seating. Overall our experience was not reflective of a 5 start hotel (maybe 15 years ago?) I would say 2.5 stars is more accurate. The hotel manager did attempt to resolve the situation, but unfortunately our experience was negative and I felt it necessary to share
