One of a kind adventure Alex the manager specialty is an awesome dude, Couple of notes this is not ur standard hotel This hotel Does not have wifi Nor hot water in the rooms which is okay It give a full experience of nature so to speak The rooms are open with no way to close it which might be a problematic for some people but for those who likes to sleep in a controlled nature environment this is. The perfect experience The staff is awesome all of them the food is authentic and fantastic of the highest quality I my self recommend this hotel very very much There is excursions that u can do all are very recommended specially the zipline that finishes in the hotel

If you want a relax ambient to be able to hear the nature and insects, this is the place for you!

For starters, we paid for the taxi pf the hotel. When we arrive very late in the night, the employees welcome was awful. They doesn’t expect us and also they treat it us like we was wrong to be there. There’s no wifi, that was okay for us but if you came with childrens or plan to work, this is no the place. The food is limited, we love the food but at 5:30pm we was in the lobby to eat. People that came more late, maybe doesn’t saw the good food that was early. Per the employees, the activities like the yoga teacher are seasonal. If you want a fancy camping, this is the correct place.

The Tree House Village is exactly what you'd expect from the pictures: lovely thatched open pavilions perched in the rain forest. The Staff is delightful - ready to help and to make you feel very comfortable. The zip line that is adjacent to it is one of the best I've been to. The food was "home-cooked" local cuisine - nothing fancy, but plentiful and good. Big pool in which I could do short laps. Lots of birds and wildlife around. We were there for only two nights but could have stayed at least 4 or 5. We had a wonderful stay.

The attached "bathrooms" are rustic and a little uncomfortable (rock walls and cement floors) - only cold showers in most "chalets". Bathroom do not have an interior connection - it's a step out and step in to the bathroom. Hot showers are available in various locations - but recommend using those in the fist floor of the lodge facility. The trails and steps to the "chalets" are somewhat rough and uneven - not for anyone with mobility issues.
