1. The most worth hotel in Rantepao (currently) 2. The tongkonan room was good 3. The ambience was good but not cold enough 4. They have grocery, bakery, hairdresser, massage

Conveniently located in Rantepao, and a good base for your local tours. It was clean and had a pool for cooling off and restaurants on site. The property was very pretty! A good option if you are looking for more than just the basic accommodations elsewhere in the region. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location and surroundings. Food in the restaurant tasted good, but a shame about the poor service.

Restaurant service abysmally slow - even when there were just four of us in the place. Definitely more staff needed. Room was very hot even with air conditioning, but thankfully we borrowed a fan and this helped.

Great staff, very helpful. Perfect location, great installations. Very good and cheap massage in the hotel.

Old toilet installations

The hotel is pretty and we’ll keep on the outside areas.

The rooms are old . The food on the buffet is not good. Old mattress you can fell the springs in your back. You can heard next door rooms noise because they have a door that connects them . Old furniture and cheap

Everything was really pleasant unless that someone from the cleaning team stole my Airpods.

Someone from the cleaning team stole my Apple Airpods from my room. I managed to find them through the app location and I explained to the reception desk team that helped me to recover the Airpods and the guy (he was temporary worker) was fired.
