Nice located in beautiful garden complex

Some staff were very rude The restaurant was continually out of things on the menu There was no ice cream for duration of our stay but was still on the menu

The location is easy to be reached by bus.

The shower in the bathroom is not working properly. The water was running down so little. Also, the hot water was very dominant when I took the shower. There is no cold water.

The landscape of the hotel surrounded by traditional houses; good breakfast; friendly staff. Important: the hotel is located at the main road. This is very convenient since the bus from makassar can drop you or pick you up right in front of the hotel

WiFi was very weak and slow. The room and specially the bathroom are kind of old and need renovation.

Big hotel with many rooms. Staff v helpful. Restaurant was not good value.

Amazing staff, welcomed with drink and hot towels for the hands. Dinner with live music (top musicians) and nice structure

The bathroom could be improved

Excellent traditional hotel in Toraya area. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices.

The reception staff has not been helpful at all. We had a problem with our air tickets and asked the receptionist to make a call to the airport office, but he told us that the phone line is not working. However, another local person made this call for us later. Also, we asked in the afternoon for a taxi to have dinner downtown and he did not bother to make a call at all, so we had to get out and take a tuc tuc from the street.
