Beautiful View, Food was good

No experienced and professional staff. When we ask something, they go here and there and do nothing. The owner interacts with customers very well (always with a beer in hand). The rooms are not clean, the bathrooms have not been washed in a while. There are yellow stains on the sheets, notifying the staff about this is of no use. They only do what they want. It is never possible to get food on time, we have to get food that is given to them at the time they want. But the taste of food is precious.

room was ok

the staff! it started with me being actively offered breakfast at 6:30am - nobody was there and there was no breakfast. then my tuktuk was blocked by other cars and I almost missed my boat tour. the running water and electricity in the room kept going out. the stairs stank of urine. and my laundry, which I handed in and said 3 times that I needed it in two days, was still completely wet when I got it back shortly before my departure

We were welcomed in their (staff) family. We felt at home. They were very helpful when we had some issues. The hotel has a very nice view over the lagoon. Aircon worked perfectly. For us the location was perfect, because we had kite lessons next door.
