La atención, la amabilidad de la gente, la comida

Algo muy incomodo el señor que hace los crepes, no es amable, contesta feo, no me parece que hago eso con los niños, muy mala atención, deberían cambiarlo por una persona amable y cordial, hay mucho extranjero que no habla el español y ese Señor esta haciendo quedar mal al resto del personal

Muy buena atención del personal, muy queridos y serviciales, los animadores y actividades del hotel muy chevere. Muy cómodo y tranquilo, un lugar muy agradable para descansar. Para ir con la familia, niños pequeños es recomendable. La comida muy variada, buena sasón.

La piscina tiene un lado de baldosas quebrado que mi niña se cortó un dedito y una señora tambien. Deben hacerle mantenimiento para evitar accidentes mas graves, fue lo unico y retoque de pintura xq habia partes donde se veia limo verde.

el buffet no tenia nada de variedad. comida muy simple, y con sabor no adecuado, los clientes la dejaban mucho. pero los restaurantes ala carta si eran buenos,
