La comida súper rica

Durante los 4 días casi no hubo actividad de entretenimiento, también la mayoría de camareras del buffet casi siempre estaban de mal humor a excepción de maria ella siempre fue servicial y atenta

Bueno !! Me gustó que es muy bonito,amplio y sus instalaciones limpias. La comida buena y variada y también sus tragos muy buenos. El personal en su gran totalidad muy amables y serviciales.

Las cosas que no me gustaron fueron las siguientes : 1.El proceso de check-in es demasiado lento. Mi reserva fue por booking y en ella especifiqué cantidad de huéspedes y edades y al llegar al hotel el chico que me atendió,pues me decía que no podía tener mi niña de 12 años con dos adultos( mi esposo y yo ) pero la reserva no me puso ningún impedimento al hacerla y jamás dejaría mi niña de 12 sola en otra habitación. Por suerte se solucionó esto. 2.Otra cosa que no me gustó es que no tiene un buen snack de comida rápida,después de almuerzo solo se puede comer pizza o crepes,no hay variedad de alguna hamburguesa o hotdog. 3.El hotel es grande y hay que caminar mucho y las habitaciones en el tercer nivel sin ascensor es un poco cansón.Estoy embarazada y fue un poco cansón la habitación que me tocó en el tercer piso.
