"El precio no justifica la estancia."

Las instalaciones generales muy bonitas y bien cuidadas , depronto en mi habitación hubo un olor fuerte a húmedo pero como no me la pasaba ahí estaba bien.

El servicio al cliente en general fue pésimo se mueven por propinas si no les das no te sirven se hacen los que no escuchan, en todos los bares nos pasó y no es que no los quieras dar es ganárselos ( hubo una chica que se me olvidó el nombre del bar principal un amor) .. la respuesta de entrada siempre era (No hay disponibilidad)para reservar los restaurantes, cuando decía mi número de habitación o veían mi manilla ya me decían si déjame miro , déjame valido sin embargo nunca una respuesta efectiva. La comida del buffet siempre fría, actividades ninguna Tuve la posibilidad de ir a otro resort en bávaro más económico y el servicio fue excelente..
