Staff and restaurant were exceptional! I enjoyed new Filipino food. Very good. Rooms were clean and good size. Swimming pools were great. Big and clean. Only issue is restaurant closes at 8pm and when you finish at 7pm swimming, there is not much time. There is limited night life in area too. I would definitely return again.

No chance to try the pool but it looked nice. Breakfast was included and there were a number of options. However, my 'over easy' egg was not done correctly. I have taken the spicy tapa. Maybe I should have taken just the original one as it was spicy. The room has hot water which is very good for my wife. I did not use it.

Unfortunately, we have found some insects (not just ants) inside the room. This is quite common in a lot of places (outside of 5-star accommodation) which is somewhat telling me that it is very difficult to control them. Maybe too expensive but a regular visit of a good pest control is keeping our home cockroaches free. This will be a very good attraction to foreigners who are used to 5-star accommodation to try out some other places.

i like the improvement of the resort, they maintain the facilities and also something to look ahead for the new expansion. i also like the food in the restaurant and the staff in the pool, they are nice to the guests.

I don't like and very very disappointed 1. convenience store operation hours. 2. the store has its own open and close hour even though so many people are waiting outside and there's an employee inside. 3. it closes during lunch, they have a lunch break but usually guests need to maximize their time during the stays and everything should be accessible. they open 8 to 5pm but they don't follow that schedule

Pool and friendly staff

When we checked out we were told 2 towels were missing! Took 20 minutes to resolve before we could leave. Made us late returning hire car.
