No hooks in bathroom to hang towel or robe. At least none in our room.

Too restrictive with guests arriving and going

Pool towels were provided, with drying racks outside the room to hang towels and swimwear. Access to the private pool and a good variety of dishes for plated breakfast is offered. The room is comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The pool was nice. The room was clean, for the most part.

We booked 4 rooms to accommodate 20 people. 5 more showed up with food and we wanted to eat in the private pool are but we’re told not everyone could come in. Some of our guests weren’t even swimming, they just wanted to eat with the rest of the family. We ended up eating in the parking lot. The shower in the room had very little pressure and never got warm. They blocked our Wi-Fi the next morning, at least 5 hours before check out. They charged us extra pillows and a missing towel. The place is a complete scam.

The place is nice and with good security.

The pool tiles need renovation. My niece’s foot was hurt due to some tiles being damaged. Some in-room amenities was not readily provided like hair dryer, you have to ask for it. I also requested for extra pillow and I was told that it is chargeable! That was surprising! I won’t be bringing the pillow with me upon check-out. There was no kettle, glass/cups and tea spoon provided. No mini fridge too.

An oasis in the province!

Great place to unwind. Everything you need to relax is provided. Planning for a second visit. The staff is very accommodating.
