"Superb"

Friendly, courteous and accommodating Staff.

Needs improvement with cleanliness of the room and the public swimming pool. Cable connection must also be improve. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the servings is great. Staff are very accommodating. Keep it up!

Good layout, nice pools, very good restaurant, good ambience

the windows were not securely locked when I got into my room, anyone could have got in. The shower door was loose and didn't slide. The air-conditioning fins could not be set to direct the draught upwards.

"Great value for the price!"

The onsite restaurant was fairly price and great quality with a good variety of Filipino dishes. The service was great, the staff was very professional and courteous. Both the public and private pools are large. Several security guards patrolled the premises 24 hours a day and the front desk was also staffed 24/7. I am from United States have stayed there twice now while visiting my girlfriend in the Philippines. Food ordered to room from the on site restaurant usually arrived within 20 minutes or so.

The have 2 large water slides at one of their pools which were both broken down. My first stay there 1 year ago the big yellow one was still working and was a lot of fun. Now neither slide seems to be operational, which was disappointing. They have a small convenience store on site but it seems to have inconsistent and limited hours. Some days it is not open at all.
