Travelled with my partner and our nearly 2 year old daughter, overall for the price we paid we thought the experience was good and all in all we had a lovely time but wouldn’t rush to return… Location - very fast transfer from airport with was a selling point for us. We knew hotel was in the middle of nowhere before we booked but as we were travelling with a young child this didn’t bother us. Weather - not part of the hotel review obviously but we travelled 4th - 11th October and personally wouldn’t return at this time again, a bit unpredictable weather and not guaranteed sunshine and a few days of rain. Food - in general food was good and the à la carte restaurants very nice. The main buffet wasn’t as good and I would say it was definitely more european. Holiday destinations like Spain / Canary Islands tend to cater more to brits but I completely appreciate that we can’t be ignorant and expect this in Turkey. Buffet very same same and in particular the breakfast quite poor compared to other all inclusive resorts we’ve been to. Rooms - very nice, couldn’t fault it Cleanliness - very clean couldn’t fault it. Setting - a stunning resort with beautiful beaches and pools Pools - so nice to look at and plenty sunbeds but i can’t lie they were absolutely FREEZING and this ruined the holiday for me as I couldn’t go in the water. Our daughter was okay in the kids pool but absolutely ridiculous that not at least one pool is heated. I wouldn’t return based on this fact alone unfortunately. plenty sunbeds though and handy to have a bar on the lower pool. We loved the beach and the ocean felt warmer - take water shoes as beach is pebbly at parts as you go in. Entertainment- we only attended the kids entertainment with our daughter but wasn’t great compared to other hotels we’ve been to such as a TUI blue. Kids club was pretty poor and the young lady hosting it one day sat on her phone the entire time and two kids were in her care without their parents, albeit kids were older but still, you’re at work - put your phone away! There was also a couple kids parks which was great for our wee one. Would also agree with other reviews in that a lot of staff didn’t speak great english which I understand you can’t expect everywhere you go but just highlighting. There was a conference the last few days of the holiday which was a bit strange… Overall, nice hotel and we did genuinely have a nice time for the price paid but I’d be more tempted to return if the hotel started heating the pools and improved the food variety and quality in the buffet restaurant. I would argue 4 star standard but amenities would make it 5 star.

Worse hotel definitely not as advertised Nothing open , nothing to do in evenings Pools absolutely freezing like ice Evening entertainment non existent Rude staff Way over priced shops £10 for fake Pringles £100 for 10 mins on jet ski Wasps and hornets absolutely everywhere Group of 8 We all got stung at least 3 times Food awful Restaurants awful Conferences every day made us feel out of place as thy was right by the restaurant Kids entertainment was awful sometime not on at all Dirty rooms and not clean by lobby swimming area esp the kids pool Way over priced for what we got. Been Turkey every year for 14 yrs and this hotel absolutely is the worst we’ve ever stayed at. Defo not a 5 star hotel Will defo never return

On arrival on the 5th of October our initial impressoins of the hotel were great. The hotel is in a wonderful location. The hotel itself if of good quality but not the 5* it is reported to be. There are lots of bars and a barista coffee bar and a star bucks which were really nice touches. However on day 3 of our holiday both my wife and I became violently ill around midnight. We had only eaten at the hotel specifically the Pina restaurante and had only had 2 drinks that night. We were back in the room by around 9pm. This was clearly food poisoning. I had to call for extra toilet rolls and water. We spent the whole day in the room without leaving at all. We reported this to the staff who were helpful. We advised we were not comfortable eating in the main restaurante and tge gave is a paid restaurante voucher and advised we could use Pina 24. Unfortunately on the last day of our holiday we had another major issue. This also involved food. We had gone to the Pina 24. My wife for the first time since the illness ordered a proper meal. She ordered the chicken. Fortunately on cutting into the chicken she looked into it before eating it. The chicken was not just undercooked it was raw. We took a picture, left the food and went straight to the reception to report this. They advised they would bring thisbup with the manager. To top all of this off there there was an ongoing conference in the main area to the resyaurante and lifts which made is uncomdortable. Being forced to walk around whilst photos were being taken and the staff being more interested in those than the holiday makers. It is such a shame as the hotel, its location and beaches were fantastic.

First impressions were good however over the course of the holiday, this slowly deteriorated. Food 3/5 - Snack bar food was much better than the evening buffet. Buffet food was usually the same food night after night. Having been to All Inc plenty of times before we were used to themed nights. This buffet never had any. Service 3/5.. lots of staff but not a lot actually doing anything other than walking around. Depending where you ordered a drink, depends on how strong or weak the drink was. No consistency, it would appear that as the hotel is closing for the season, it was get what your given. Sunbeds and pool 4/5 - lovely and relaxed, can get enough towels at your leisure. Beach front was stunning also. Late check out, we was advised €30 per hour however, depends who you ask as this varied deals of €80, Free of charge, so again no consistency. No clear information on what evening entertainment was on each night. Don't book at day trip to Bodrum through TUI as the hotel do a trip for €10 return which is a bargain. Overall definitely not a 5* hotel. The lower end of 4 is more suited.
