Loved the bed as it was very comfortable. The location was a chilled beach vibe and very Indian authentic.

More beds around the pool.

Close to the airport...A bungalow garden lake view room. Well appointed. All the staff were excellent, professional and helpful.

There was no hot water, despite turning on the power switch. I had to boil the kettle for my morning shower.

The breakfast was average. Not much choice of fruit. Tea coffee not hot and of poor standard. Location is very good. Live swimming pool. Rooms are dark wood.

Rooms.

The staff were very friendly and Francis on the reception desk was knowledgeable and helpful but the restaurant team were poorly trained and did not provide a good service.

The room was dark with no windows. It was in the style of a bamboo type beach house but this just did not work well for us. There were a confusing number of switches which controlled the lights and one came a way from the bamboo fixing.

The space of the rooms and the comfiness of the beds. The small nature of the hotel, meant it was a chilled place to be. The hotels restaurant is surprisingly good, certainly in the areas top 3.

Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss on consistency with things like tea and sugar. But so minor.

Great location to relax in India while still getting local cultural exchange. Cafe restaurant allowed for the perfect sunset and beach vibe experience. Staff were most helpful and honest with any requests that I had.

Stunning location between the beach and backwaters giving the best of both worlds Fantastic pool and also private beach area Wooden cottages were well fitted out, beautiful and luxurious. Lovely and helpful staff. Restaurant, all food was delicious, well priced and right on the beach front. Complimentary ‘high tea’ in the afternoon, delicious Indian snack and tea or coffee served on a moored boat on the backwaters. Complementary use of bikes to explore the area Cherai beach is a great location, not too busy and miles of sandy beach. For anyone wanting alcoholic drinks there is a beach bar very close by.

Stayed in the panoramic jacuzzi suite. Loved the view from the bathroom over looking the lake. Spacious and well equip rooms. Staff are friendly, attentive and contentious. Clean rooms with nice linen. Rooms have Alexa, streaming tv’s. A lot of good places to eat nearby. Try Lilliput (turn left from the entrance to the resort and its two buildings down)
