Maliekal Heritance Cherai Beach Cochin

Breakfast was not good. Terrible coffee and limited selection.

Small pool, not enough sun loungers around the pool (only 8). Restaurant food was fine and good value, but it lacked atmosphere. The service wasn't great in the restaurant. No alcohol available. On the plus side, the garden was very well kept, although the hotel grounds are small. Our room was small, but fine. Air conditioning very good. Although we didn't use it, the spa has very good reviews. The hotel staff were friendly and nice.

The place is great— the best place to relax. All the staff were good, and Lijo extended great courtesy. The rooms are superb.

Food was quite below par, and the breakfast was boring.

The property is beautiful though small, with well-landscaped grounds. The lake view and proximity to beach is a big advantage . The rooms are comfortable, the food is good, and the spa is excellent.

Faced hassles pre-arrival—valid card marked invalid, pressured for bank transfer, tariff differences on Booking.com vs. website. Preferred card payment, but insisted otherwise. Kind receptionist finally helped; paid in full as booking kept getting canceled. Booking.com customer service intervened too but they just kept insisting .

Nothing. This is unhygenic place.

I herby draw your kind attention that we have been experiencing pathetic and cheated feel at Maliekal Heritance Cherai Beach Resort Infinity 360 View Pool Room .  On 29th Jan 2025 we check in, Infinity 360 View room has pathetic smell , Hundreds of mosquitos.  Poor water heater system which gives only 5 minute of hot water, and water pressure works only 5 minutes after that you can't take even shower . Look like banquet converted into room and very unhygienic place.  Entry stair is so dirty you don't like to even walk also mosquitoes everywhere. Excellent,clean rooms and lovely staff.

The resort's location is truly amazing. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests, delivering everything with exceptional quality and care.

A lovely room and a private beach area

The room and bathroom were a bit worn down considering the price. First night I got a giant pillow that hurt my neck but they helped out

Its a quaint place,with lots of activities and private access to the beach.

Timings of the activities could be extended.
