The staff were in most cases friendly and the room was very nice

The games room was poorly set up e.g. 1 pool ball. The equipment for the lake activities were old.. The breakfast was average to poor in standard.

The location is great. The accommodation has a great look and finish. Swimming pool and evening tea was great too . Having a kids park nearby was handy

The spa facilities could be greatly improved. The staff at the spa were great at what they did. But the Ayurvedic massages when given could benefit from a lot more privacy. Like dimming the lights, mentioning doors are locked and maintaining a quiet atmosphere. The bathrooms need repair work and refurbishing. Food at the resort was sub par . Breakfast buffet had good selection though.

The value for money is simply ridiculous. The room was modern and clean, but there was not even a glass on the windows so we could not have natural light during the day (unless we would have left the windows completely open, but there were too many mosquitos). The breakfast for a five star hotel of this range was really poor with only few options. The restaurant was a joke, half of the things of the menu were not available, we had to wait always a very long time to get the food or the drinks and the prices were basically as high as in Europe ( which I can find ok, but only if you give to the customers a proper quality and a proper service!). The staff of the massage parlour was calling or writing us basically every day in order to try to sell their services even tho we did not want them. The swimming pool was pretty small (with only 6 sun beds) and right in front of the car parking. They have a "private beach" next to the restaurant , but that's a joke aswell: 6 sunbeds almost completely broken and a lot of rubbish. The positive thing was the staff: everyone tries to do their best, but honestly for a premium resort we were expecting a much much better experience!
