that’s our first time in villa . perfect choice. Great property for family, private and equipment kept well set it up.

Close to shopping precinct, easy to get to by car, comfortable bed, pool decent size for a private pool. Great view of mountains from the back. Easy check in with key drop box, host very helpful and informative.

Felt quite run down and in need of refurbishment, shower was luke warm at best and sometimes just cold. Front door did not feel very secure.

The location was ideal for what we were looking for: beautiful beaches, some secluded, stunning light, closeness to the hills for walking, on the very edge of Playa Blanca, which was brilliant as we were not interested in resort atmosphere

I would have a lot of issues with the house: although it looked clean as we arrived ( it always does when you arrive tired ) but it certainly could have been better. we signalled problems with a screw sticking out from the ground near the toilets and has to whatch this constantly to make sure we didn't hit and cut our feet in it. although we were told a handyman would be asked to deal with it, it was not dealt With. This is NOT acceptable. This was a health and safety issue several sockets didn't work. one was pulled out of the wall near one of the couches!!! how can this be acceptable? There was no hot water when we arrived and only the following morning did someone came to look at it. It had been plugged in a socket that didn't work and there was no note as to how to set it. The manager didn't even call us to check it had worked. The locks on the sliding doors , especially one of them didn't work well and would not lock from inside most of the time which meant that the place was not secure when we left it for the afternoon, the lock on the sliding shutters were too flimsy to make up for not being able to lock the sliding door. There was only one hand towel left for the week!!! one of the blanket on a bed was dirty with stains of jam or other... disgusting really... another one was not fresh looking either. A broken tile in the garden... all these issues certainly make this property rental far too expensive and a partial reimbursement should now be offered!!!
