Villas Las Marinas

Just spent a week in this lovely villa. Fantastic location right across the road from supermarket,shops and a selection of restaurants. There is a taxi rank just outside if you want to travel into centre of Playa Blanca. Villa was spacious and spotless and had everything we needed for a chilled out week.

Location good- nice area, facilities. Pleasant seafront walk to Rubicon marina and beyond Villa spacious & clean, good outside space with nice mountain & town views Good communication & directions from owner Kitchen well stocked Good shower, comfortable beds

Building noise! Sadly ruined enjoying our time here- could not spend a day at the villa due to constant building noise ALL DAY. (Not the owners fault but maybe could have been mentioned for those who wanted some peace & quiet) Pity as it would have been quite peaceful otherwise- as it was in the evenings Pool unable to use due to being freezing No cleaning or replacement towels in a week, but did have good laundry room

We really liked the villa, small supermarket and restaurants close by. Nice promenade walk to main town, but had a car to get about in and a private parking space at the villa. If you want to self cater a cooker microwave toaster dishwasher and washing machine included so very good facilities. Was a fairly quiet area so all in all very happy with our choice.

Great location and property. The staff were super communicative and friendly and the self-checkin process was extremely easy.

We stayed for 8 nights and there wasn’t a change of towels.

I really love this location. It's calm but close to everything. There are wonderful views . I definitely recommend this house.

Beautiful property, exactly what we needed. 2 bedrooms for a family of four. Outside area & view were gorgeous.

No air conditions but we knew that.

Load of wardrobe space

Security, locks either didn’t work or had been forced open (damage to framework. Able to just walk around from outside. Construction noise we should have been notified about beforehand so we had the chance to cancel. Villa under refurbishment. Had to move to another one. Works being carried out to villa next door. Chop saw being used.
