Breakfast was good!!! The butler was really good!! A few really service minded personnel in the restaurants, unfortunately was majority not service minded. Spa was good, and really service minded! Workout room was good! Outdoor area amazing!!

Reception service was crapy, really bad service!!! Golf cart service, not up to date! At check out was Luggage picked up 25 minutes later than pre-ordered even though we asked several times Rooms were old and not properly clean, bathroom walls had stains snd looked really dirty. Tiles and grout looked old and dirty. Cleaning personnel did as best as they could, but have an impossible job. Was missing a pool bar, and or possibility to order soft drinks (and beer) by the pool I’n general was expectation higher..

Entire property is lush green with trees and gardens. The rooms were fantastic and luxurious. Huge dining hall with a good spread to dine. Staff were extremely courteous and friendly. You carry a good remembrance of your stay.

Breakfast was great, very wide selection of food and all fresh. Room was very spacious and clean. Service was good.

It was not possible to turn off the air con during the night and it was a bit noisy
